Giveaway!

Kelli, with Origami Owl, generously contacted me about giving away a precious charm locket to one of my readers. Their site is beautiful if you've never been and would be a perfect place to find a unique mother's day gift.

Kelli will be giving away one medium locket with four charms, similar to the one listed below:

All you have to do to win is "like" my new FB Fan Page and leave a comment, here, that you did. Please also visit Origami Owl and see which necklace you'd like to build if you win!

The winner will randomly be selected on Thursday, April 26th, at 10pm EST.

  7. I just recently found your blog Rebekah and it couldn’t have been better timing. My husband and I are, God willing, going to be adopting a two year old currently in the foster system here in our state. Thank you for sharing your heart and your family. It is so encouraging to read your words. Your heart is for the Father and the “fatherless.”

  54. I liked your facebook page. I am a new fan of your blog. I work in the adoption field and just desire more people to "get it" and I think you do. I work so hard and desire that people see that not everyone involved in adoption is unaware of the hard parts and considers adoption a business. I so appreciate that you are willing to talk about the hard parts and not sugar coat the adoption experience for any part of the triad. Your view of God as the ultimate father of all children and your willingness to be confident in the parent you are because of that knowledge is refreshing. Thank you! Also, I'm from MI! God Bless you and your husband and your sweet boys. You are in my prayers and I hope more people hear your story!

  56. Just found your page several nights ago and already love reading about your family. Just made it official on FB by "liking" your page :)

We've been home with our precious three year old for almost five months now and have seen ourselves in some of what you've written... in fact, we had a nearly identical Dollar Tree episode, except ours involved stickers instead of a dinosaur. And, well, ours didn't end as pretty as yours did. Thank goodness, we've learned some pretty nice tricks since then!

Praise the Lord for his goodness. What a beautiful way of creating family. We have been so interested in foster/adoption and domestic adoption and look forward to learning more as your share your lives with us. Bless you!
