Happy Birthday Ty! That was another awesome blog. That was so great to see and I wish that could be shown to more birth mothers who are thinking about adoption and to people who are waiting to be mothers and fathers. I think both could benefit and see that it is not that scary to have an open apoption on both sides of it. awesome

This is beautiful. It made me tear up, but that's nothing new! I'm so glad that today's adoptees and birth parents have open adoption. It didn't exist when I was adopted and my adoptive mom is glad that it didn't, but I had so many unaswered questions for 35 years. It would have been so much easier to know all along who my birth parents were and what my story was. I'm just glad I finally met my birth parents. Hugs for Rebekah! You did a great job on this video!

Thank you so much for posting that. When she said that she never had to say goodbye to him and he is still a part of her life- that I think is such an inspiring and positive line for open adoption. I never thought of it like that but that is what it is, never having to say goodbye.
