Ty's big day!! We dedicated him to the Lord, yesterday, at church. It was such a special, fun day!
I looked everywhere for a small tie for Ty to wear...but couldn't find one his size. So...I just made an applique for his onesie. I dare say he was one handsome man...and never looked cuter!!!
We waited such a long time for this sweet boy. He's the center of our world.
Parker and Tyrus are already the best of buds. It was fun to see them share their big day, together.

Part of the day's fun was seeing all three boys together. I waited a long -------------- time to raise a baby with my best friends. All three boys were born within two weeks!

ReplyDeleteHe is so cute. I am so happy for you and your husband. I myself am adopted. I was told from an early age how special I was. I was hand picked by God to be raised by the parents that could not have children. I do not know my birth parents but wish i did.

ReplyDeleteI love the way the timing worked so well in our situations! Your son has as many little friends as Riley does! I wouldn't be any less thankful if Riley had no buddies/cousins close to her age, but it never stops sending chills through my body to think of the perfect timing of it all!

Thanks for sharing all of these pics...this is a day I REALLY look forward to. I play the piano for our church, so everytime there is a baby dedication, I'm on stage. As I'm sure you know, there is something incredibly painful about watching those when you would love nothing more than to train up a child under God's instruction...you just don't have a child to raise. I admit that there are times I fumble around with my music to keep from watching because it hides my tears. I am SO happy for you that you got to experience the joy of dedicating your very own baby to the Lord yesterday; I knew that to you it wouldn't be just another "thing you do" when your baby comes along. I prayed that it would be a day you would never forget! And the tie is absolutely adorable!:)
