  7. I've followed along for awhile now and am in awe of what strong, wonderful women you are and how amazing it is to see you, Ty, and this relationship grow. I also am in an open adoption and your posts always speak to me or to something that I have experienced...today's post especially. Our son, Carter, is such a blessing to us and I never want to forget how important his birth mommy is to our family. Bless you all and Happy Birthday Miss Rebekah!

  11. Oh my gosh, I stumbled on your blog and seriously am now realizing this was NOT by accident. God used your sweet testimony to bless me tonight. I like you was not able to carry a baby in my body but my heart carried the hope of a baby for so many years. My husband and I have an open adoption with both our girls moms and never ever do I forget where they came for and the great sacrifice it took for those sweet mama's to place them in my arms. What greater love could we possible show our kids but to love their birth families unconditionally. God reminds me through this that our girls are only on loan to us and are his to have and keep as his daughters. I just get the great privilege of spending time with them. Thank you for your real and transparent blog. I LOVE that you are so honest and I just know it will minister to and bless so many.
