Day 204

Today, I'm thankful for bloggy world. For months I felt so isolated and alone. Nobody knew the depths of my heartache (not even Ben). It wasn't until I stumbled upon blog world - around April of this year - that my infertility healing process was able to ignite. I had no idea there was a community of women (and men...Dave...) out there just like me. It has done wonders to my heart to read my story within the lines of all of yours. There are way too many of you to name individually....but know that you hold such a special place in my heart. I wouldn't be where I am today without you.

  1. We're thankful for your story too. It is amazing how therapeutic the blog world really is. Kind of like an online support group. Thank you for being so transparent!

  2. Ha ha...thanks for the nod...I guess I AM in the minority...

I'm really thankful that someone challenged me to journal through the emotions of our adoption. Not only do I have a time capsule of our thoughts and feeling during the process, but we've met an array of amazing people who have inspired and encouraged us. And it gave me an opportunity to offer some encouragement along the way.

So I, too, give thanks for all of you out there in the blogsphere...you guys ROCK!

  5. Hi
Fairly new to your site, its lovely.
Wanted to say that I've been trying to become a Christian for a while (its complicated)...you set a good standard, don't think I could ever get to where you're at but can see that that would be a could place to be with God.
Anyway, I'm about to start my 6th and last IVF cycle (in Australia) and your story and attitude fills me with hope.
