That's right. Baby's stroller. I made a cursory scan of the department, before stuffing the vest into my cart, in case anyone happened into my inward conversation. As a matter of defense...what you can't see, are small, lime green pinstripes on the outer vest, as well as a lime green lining inside the hood that perfectly match the lime green accents on the travel system. Call me crazy (Ben does), but do I really want to walk through parenting mismatched and frumpy? I think not. Baby is already not going to look like me....the least we can do is coordinate.There. I've admitted it. I bought a puffy vest to match my stroller.

ReplyDeleteThis post is hilarious. I guess I am not freakish about organization because coordinating like that would not even occur to me. I'm lucky if my outfit works together. But I like the "the least we can do is coordinate". That's great!! You are going to be such an amazing mom. I can't wait.
I cannot wait until I see the pictures of you in the vest, and your baby in the matching stroller. Now you have to find a baby vest to match to tie it all together!

ReplyDeleteHysterical!!! I am laughing REALLY loud at my desk. This brought the biggest smile to my face, as I can relate and I love the humor in all of it. Of COURSE you can coordinate with the stroler and the baby, well you know...at the very least. :). Can't wait to see the follow up picture.
